These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ERP Linker (“ERP Linker,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and all related websites, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using ERP Linker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility

  • By using ERP Linker, you represent that you have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

You agree not to:

  • Access or use ERP Linker in a way that violates any third-party platform’s policies (including LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook/Meta).
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to ERP Linker systems or disrupt the Services.
  • Share or resell ERP Linker without our prior written consent.

4. Integrations with Third-Party Platforms

  • ERP Linker may integrate with platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Facebook/Meta.
  • You must comply with the terms, policies, and rules of these platforms when using ERP Linker.
  • ERP Linker only accesses and uses the data you explicitly authorize through platform consent screens.
  • We are not responsible for third-party platform outages, changes, or policy updates that affect ERP Linker functionality.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All rights, title, and interest in ERP Linker (including software, branding, and content) remain with ERP Linker and its licensors.
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use ERP Linker solely for your business purposes.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of ERP Linker without our written permission.

6. Fees and Payment (if applicable)

  • If you subscribe to paid plans, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with the plan terms.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access for failure to pay.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:

  • Violate these Terms.
  • Misuse ERP Linker or third-party integrations.
  • Fail to pay applicable fees (if any).

You may terminate your account at any time by discontinuing use. Upon termination, provisions regarding intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification survive.

8. Disclaimers

  • ERP Linker is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
  • We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • ERP Linker shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability arising from or related to your use of ERP Linker shall not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the last 12 months.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ERP Linker, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of ERP Linker or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will provide notice via our website or email. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of India.
